Vendor load-in typically begins 4 hours before your event. Early access can be arranged with prior approval.

Is there a preferred vendor list?

We welcome your chosen vendors, but we also have a list of trusted professionals familiar with our space and standards.

What about tech needs (AV, lighting, etc.)?

The Biltmore is equipped with full AV support, WiFi access, and in-house teams who can assist with screens, microphones, and more.

How late can our reception go?

Most evening celebrations conclude by 2 a.m.

Do you offer planning or coordination?

A professional wedding planner is required for all weddings at The Biltmore. While we provide venue coordination, a full-service planner is essential to ensure your celebration runs seamlessly.

Is there parking for guests?

Yes, valet and self-parking options are available, with discounted group rates upon request.

Can we have a rehearsal?

Absolutely. Rehearsal time is included in your booking and scheduled based on space availability.
